1.	The erection of the proposed two-storey extension would by virtue of its height,length and close proximity to the flank boundary constitute an unneighbourly form of development which would be detrimental to the amenities at present enjoyed by the occupiers of the adjoining property by reason of overshadowing and loss of visual amenity.Moreover the proposed flat roof would be architecturally out of character with the neighbouring properties and thereby prejudicial to the visual amenities of the locality.
