| 1. | This permission expires on 31st. January 1997 and unless on or before
this date application has been made for an extension to the period of
permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority
the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of
the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of
the locality. |
| 2. | Before the use hereby approved is first brought into operation the extent
of the sitting-out area shall be demarcated in a manner to be approved by
the Local Planning Authority and the tables and chairs shall be contained
within the area as demarcated at all times.
The reason for the condition is :-
To prevent undue congestion of the public footway. |
| 3. | Full details of the proposed hinged screen shall be submitted to and
approved by the Local Planning Authority before the screen is erected.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of visual amenity as such details have not been submitted
as part of this application.
