| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country

building the subject of this application.

available for the parking of staff and visitors at all times and shall
be maintained free of any obstruction or stored items thereafter.

| 4. | No material or goods for sale shall be displayed outside the premises.

To prevent congestion and obstruction of the access road and parking area. |
