The proposed road extension in this location within the Holiday Park, i.e. between existing chalets and the main site facilities (shop, swimming pool and club etc.), would conflict with pedestrian movements, thus causing danger to pedestrians and users of the highway. Furthermore, the close proximity of the proposed road to existing chalets would detract unacceptably from the amenities of those units by reason of noise and general disturbance.
