| 1. | This permission expires on 30th.November 1996 and unless on or before
this date application has been made for an extension to the period of
permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority
the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of
the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of
the locality. |
| 2. | This permission shall enure for the benefit of the National Schizophrenia
Fellowship only and only for such period of time as it operates the "Drop-
in Centre" and the consent shall not enure for the benefit of the land nor
of any other person for the time being having an interest therein.
The reason for the condition is :-
This permission is granted for a form of development not normally permitted
in a prime shopping area and to enable the Local Planning Authority to
retain control over the use of the site. |
| 3. | The "Drop-in Centre" shall only be operated during the following times:-
Thursdays - 3 pm.to 9 pm.
Fridays - 10 am.to 4 pm.
Saturdays - 11 am.to 4 pm.
Sundays - 11 am.to 4 pm.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the amenities of the
occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 4. | The doorway on Whitefriars Court shall be used for emergency escape
purposes only and shall not be used by the clients to gain access to or
egress from the Centre.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property |
| 5. | A window display appropriate to a shopping area shall be maintained at all
times.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and to enable the
character of the existing shopping frontage to be retained. |
