1.	This permission is for a temporary period expiring on 30th.November 1996 and unless on or before that date application is made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and all caravans shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is required for future industrial and/or outer harbour development.
