1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The existing greenery at the front of the site shall be cut back and maintained so as not to protrude in front of the fence. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure adequate visibility at the juction of the access with Barn Lane in the interests of highway safety. Informative note. This permission may be taken as a formal variation of the Section 52 Agreement attached to the consent issued under application No.6/88/1641/O and dated 1st.September 1989.
