| 1. | The proposed accommodation in the roof is considered to be an unsatisfactory form of design which the Local Planning Authority does not wish to see perpetuated in the area when visually more appropriate solutions are feasible. The proposed design is considered, therefore, to be contrary to the design policies contained in the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan (Pre-Deposit Draft 1994). |
