| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The floodlights hereby permitted shall be installed and directed in such a manner as to cause no inconvenience or hazard to the users of the adjacent highway. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent glare or dazzle in the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | The floodlights hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the scaffold poles on which they are to be fixed have been painted dark green or dark grey. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |

| 5. | Norfolk County Council's Highways Department reserves the right to inspect the installation to confirm that condition 2 is met and to request the fitting of louvres or baffles if required. |
