1.	The proposal would reduce the width of the access to an unacceptable degree in that it would be too narrow to adequately cater for emergency and tradesmen's vehicles or to permit cars to pass.Consequently the proposal,if approved,would result in inconvenience and detriment to the amenities at present enjoyed by the occupiers of the adjacent dwellings served by the access and would be likely to create additional hazards and conditions detrimental to the safety and free flow of traffic on Lawn Avenue which is a principal traffic route.
