| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No part of the development shall encroach upon or overhang the adjacent highway footpath and no door or window shall be hung so as to open outwards over the footpath. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of pedestrian safety. |
| 3. | No surface water from the development shall be discharged onto the adjacent highway/footpath. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. |
