| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The occupation of the two staff flats hereby permitted shall be limited to the owner(s) or manager/employee of the "Eastern Beach Caravan Camp" or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her. The reason for the condition is :- The need for this accommodation has been accepted by the Local Planning Authority only in connection with the running of the caravan camp, and without this accepted need, residential development would be expected to be provided within Caister village. |
| 3. | Space for two cars to be parked within the car parking area indicated on the amended site plan, Drawing No. 1039:2A, shall be reserved for the use of the occupiers of the staff flats hereby permitted and kept free of any storage/obstruction at all times. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that adequate parking facilities are provided. |
