| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with
the amended plans, Drawing Nos. 9540/L.01, L.02 and L.03, submitted with
the agent's letter dated 1st July 1995.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the permission relates to the correct documents. |

| 4. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following be
incorporated in the proposed development to render the dwelling 'visitable'
for people with disabilities :-
(i) ramped approach,
(ii) level standing at doorway,
(iii) flush threshold, and
(iv) wide (838mm) easy to open doors. |
