| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | This permission shall be for the area of quay heading and landing stage shown in the approved drawings and shall not authorise the dredging or enlarging of the mooring dyke which would need to be the subject of a further application. | 3. | The mooring dyke shall be for the mooring of private craft and no commercial hiring of boats shall be permitted from this site. The reason for the condition is: For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 4. | The maximum number of boats moored at any one time at the site to which this application relates shall not exceed five. The reason for the condition is: In the interests of preserving the amenities of neighbouring properties. |
