1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The glazing to the new bar area shall incorporate suitable acoustic properties in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before any development is first commenced. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. Informative Note. a) The Environmental Health Officer has indicated that if the maximum number of persons permitted to use the premises at one time is increased then it might be necessary to increase the toilet provision within the building. b) Details of any escape light which might be required to be installed on the outside of the building shall be submitted to the L.P.A. for approval. continued on next page.
