| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The building hereby approved shall only be used in connection with the flats at 31 Wellesley Road and only for the purposes shown on the approved plan. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the use of the building takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
