1.	This permission is for a temporary period expiring on 31st.July 1997 and unless on or before that date application is made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development which is contrary to the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Seafront Local Plan but temporary consent has been granted in this instance pending the finalisation and formal Adoption of the Statutory Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan which reinforces the policy contained in the Seafront Local Plan pertaining to prime holiday areas.
