| 1. | This permission is for the rare breeds collection to be run as a visitor attraction and shall not permit the erection of additional buildings which must be the subject of further planning applications. The reason for the condition is: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the developments in this area. |
| 2. | The hours of opening of the rare breeds centre shall be restricted to between 1100 hours and 1700 hours in any day. The reason for the condition is: To avoid the conflict between visitor and heavy goods vehicle traffic. |
