1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	No amusement machines, children's rides, stalls, structures, tables, devices, goods, materials or obstructions of any kind whatsoever shall be erected or placed on or over any part of the forecourt, except for a maximum of 8 no. children's rides of the non-video type which may be placed between the sliding doors and the line of the overhead canopy. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
