1.	The proposed arrangements for sewage disposal would be likely to have a harmful effect on the water environment and on the fluvial defences in this wetland area and, as a consequence, the development is considered to be contrary to policies INF4 and INF7 of the deposit version of the Broads Local Plan (April 1995). If permitted, this proposal could establish a precedent for similar arrangements in this area to take place.
