| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

Arrangements of any tables and seating outside the building 2. External alterations to the building 3. Lighting 4. Railings 5. Disabled access provisions The reason for the condition is: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over these matters. |
