| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The use of the leisure centre by local residents shall be in accordance with the details contained in the agents letter dated 29th June 1995 and in accordance with details of local postcodes to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the leisure centre shall not be used by visiting members of the public until these details have been agreed. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the use of the premises takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
| 3. | The former camping field (parcel A on planning permission reference number 06/94/0747/F) shall only be used by touring caravans during the period between 1st April or Easter whichever is earlier until 31st October in any year and up to five caravan rallies taking place outside these dates in any one year and the area shall only be used for camping between 1st April or Easter, whichever is earlier until 31st October in any year. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site and to maintain the varied character and features of the landscape in this locality. |
