1.	The proposed dwelling is within an area of sporadic residential development outside the main built up part of the village of Fleggburgh. To allow planning permission for a bungalow in this location would serve only to consolidate this area of sporadic development and, therefore, this proposal is considered to be contrary to Policy H6 of the Norfolk Structure Plan 1993 and to Policy H2 of the Broads Local Plan 1995. The personal reasons put forward in support of this proposal are not considered sufficient to override the clear policy objection to a further dwelling here.
