1.	The Council's Environmental Health Officer has indicated that the proposed accommodation,by virtue of the restricted room sizes,is only suitable for occupation as one person units.However in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority the character and amenities of the locality have already been adversely affected by the level of single person accommodation which has been established and the conversion of the property to six one person units would be likely to detract to an unacceptable degree from the holiday/residential character of the area.
