| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The access and verge crossing shall be constructed in accordance with with Norfolk County Council specifications prior to the access and parking area being brought into use. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the development is completed in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission and in the interests of highway safety. |
