| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No goods,materials or obstructions of any kind whatsoever shall be erected or placed outside the retail building. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent undue obstruction and congestion of the esplanade. |
| 3. | Any fascia sign erected on the building shall be positioned so as not to project above the existing flat roof of the property. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. Informative note.
