| 1. | This permission expires on 31st March, 1997 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is :- The retail use is only required for a temporary period, and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
