| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The business shall not be operated between 12 midnight and 8am. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties. |
| 3. | No external flues or vents shall be constructed or installed at the premises without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to prevent injury to the amenities of the area. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Council's Access Officer requests that if the premises are not access- ible to wheelchair users the following modifications should be considered:- i) ramped approach ii) flush threshold iii) wide (900mm) easy to open doors. (838mm aboslute minimum). |
