| 1. | Within 28 days of the date of this permission the refuse containers shall be screened in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 2. | This permission expires on 31st October, 1995 and on or before that date the refuse containers shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to provide the applicant with a reasonable period of time in which to seek a more appropriate site for the location of the containers. |
