| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the bringing into use of the development hereby approved the vehicular access shall be configured as indicated in the approved plans with the access gates hung to open inwards. The reason for the condition is: To ensure an adequate vehicular access is provided. |
