| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended drawings, Plan No. GHW/17/94 REV B dated 10th April, 1995 and Drawing No. GHW/27/3/95 B1, received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th April, 1995. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
