1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The door and windows shall be hung so as not to open outwards over the footpath. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of pedestrian safety. Informative Note. In order to make the premises readily accessible for disabled persons the Council's Access officer has requested that the following be provided ;- a) level standing at door b) flush threshold,and c) wide (900mm.) easy to open door.
