| 1. | Shooting shall not take place on the site until the earth bank has been
constructed in accordance with the details indicated on the submitted plan,
Drawing No. GT.Y/St.Mic/9407/2, and the earth bank shall thereafter be
maintained in accordance with those submitted details.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | Shooting shall not take place on the site until the junction of the access
track and metalled carriageway has been surfaced with well consolidated
hardcore and hot rolled asphalt/tarmacadum for the first 5 metres of its
length (measured from the carriageway edge).
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety and to prevent damage to the County
highway. |
| 3. | Shooting shall not take place on the site until the existing car parking
area shown on Drawing No. GT.Y/St.Mic/9407/2 has been drained and surfaced
in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local
Planning Authority, and that area shall thereafter be kept clear of
obstruction and available for the parking of participants' vehicles on the
dates and times mentioned in condition 4 below.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the provision of adequate car parking facilities. |
| 4. | Shooting shall not take place on the site other than between 6.00 p.m. and
9.00 p.m. on Tuesdays and between 2.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. on Saturdays in
each week; and on four other occasions in each year, the dates and times of
which shall be submitted for the prior approval of the Local Planning
Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
