1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Council's Access Officer has made the following comments concerning the scheme and requested that they are taken into consideration to improve access for wheel chair users. 1. All kerbs are to be kept flush with both adjacent surfaces on footway crossovers. 2. All slopes to be non slip and shallow, 1:20 preferred 1:12 max. No steps to be included. 3. Gates to be easy open 900mm wide minimum. 4. Level standings at doorways.
