| 1. | The proposal is considered contrary to Policy TR5 of the Great Yarmouth South West Area Local Plan which will not normally permit proposals for holiday accommodation development on new sites within the plan area. This site is not considered to be within an existing site identified of prime importance to the area's tourism industry where extensions may be allowed under the terms of Policy TR7 of the Local Plan. If permitted, this development would serve to extend the limits of the holiday centre and erode the existing separation between it and the residential development to the north to the detriment of the amenities of these properties. |
