| 1. | Filby Lane is a busy thoroughfare linking the villages of Ormesby St.
Margaret and Filby. In the vicinity of the site, which is close to the
junction with the A149, forward visibility from the proposed access point
is severely restricted in both directions. The Local Planning Authority
considers, therefore, that before the completion of the planned bypass for
the village, the slowing, stopping and turning traffic entering the site,
together with traffic leaving the site, which would be generated by the
proposal would result in additional hazards to road users and interference
with the safety and free flow of traffic on this highway. |
