| 1. | This permission expires on 27-FEB-96 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the temporary building shall be removed and the use shall cease. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and in order to retain control over the duration of the use. |
| 2. | The maximum number of liquid fuel powered aircraft flown at any one time from this site shall not exceed four. The reason for the condition is: To prevent a noise nuisance in the locality. |
| 3. | The site shall not be used for the flying of liquid fuel powered model aircraft other than between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm Mondays to Saturdays and 10 am to 6 pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays and neither shall the flying of these models take place on a Sunday during any service at Fritton church. The reason for the condition is: In the interests of the amenities of nearby residents. |
| 4. | All flying operations shall comply with the DoE Code of Practice on Noise from Model Aircraft, 1982. The reason for this condition is: To prevent undue disturbance in the locality. |
