| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby approved a scheme for hedging
around the site shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the
Local Planning Authority and this planting shall take place during the
planting season immediately following the commencement of the use and the
hedgerow shall thereafter be retained and maintained to a standard also
to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:
To ensure the site is screened. |
| 3. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby approved four spaces for
customer car parking shall be demarcated on site in accordance with details
that shall have first been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the
Local Planning Authority and these areas shall thereafter be reserved for
customer car parking.
The reason for the condition is:
To provide adequate space for customer car parking. |
| 4. | The maximum number of vehicles to be displayed or stored within the site
shall not exceed eleven.
The reason for this condition is:
In the interests of highway safety. |
