| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Any gates shall be set back a minimum distance of 4.5 metres from the edge of the carriageway and hung to open inwards. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for vehicles to stand clear of the carriageway in the interests of highway safety whilst the gates are being opened or closed. |
| 3. | The access shall be constructed to the Norfolk County Council's residential access specification. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
