| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The access shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted plans within three months of the date of this permission or within a time period to be agreed, in writing, with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway of safety and to ensure the development is satisfactorily completed. |
