| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the notation on drawing No. 3322PB all planting, walls and fencing to be reduced to and thereafter maintained at a height not exceeding 750mm above adjacent carriageway level. This includes boundary walls around the the whole of the site frontage and all planting within the front garden (No.77 only) and works shall be completed in accordance with the above prior to the parking spaces being brought into use. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the availability of parking to serve the development proposed. |
| 3. | The parking areas hereby permitted shall be constructed in accordance with the details shown on drawing No.3322 PB prior to the occupation of the accommodation hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the availability of parking to serve development proposed. |
| 4. | The pavement crossing shall be constructed to Norfolk County Council residential access specification prior to the commencement of the use. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of an access of a satisfactory standard. |
