1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The development shall proceed in accordance with detailed drawings of the work to be undertaken, including details of the exact type of bricks to be used, that shall have first been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In order the the Local Planning Authority retains control over the proposed development such that it preserves the character and appearance of the listed building.
