| 1. | This permission expires on 30th.November 1995 and unless on or before that date application is made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the structure shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances to allow time for alternative arrangements to be made for the provision of staff accommodation. |
| 2. | The car parking areas shown on the approved plan shall be kept clear of obstruction and available for use at all times. The reason for the condition is :- In order to ensure satisfactory off-street parking to meet the needs generated by the use of the site. |
| 3. | The use of the forecourt for the display of cars for sale shall be restricted to the area shown for this purpose on the approved plan. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the retention and availability of the approved car parking areas. |
| 4. | Vehicular access and egress shall only be by way of the existing dropped kerb access points. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of highway safety. Informative Note. The Area Engineer of the Norfolk County Council Highways Department has advised that the applicant must ensure that vehicles parked on the site do not overhang the adjacent footpath. |
