| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The structures hereby approved shall only be used as a garage and bicycle store by persons working in Havenbridge House and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason fpr the condition is :- To ensure that there is no loss of parking provision or bicycle storage facilities for the occupiers of the office building. |
