| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No food or drinks shall be sold from the two kiosks hereby approved. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the use of the kiosks take place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
| 3. | No goods, signs or any obstruction of any kind whatsoever shall be displayed or placed on the mall area outside the kiosks. The reason for the condition is :- To prevent congestion and obstruction in the interests of pedestrian safety. Informative Note. The Chief Building Control Officer has indicated that additional fire precautions are required including individual sprinklers. |
