| 1. | The caravan hereby permitted shall be sited in the position shown as "1st Choice" on the submitted site plan. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the caravan to be removed from the site without damage to future planting on the site boundary. |
| 2. | This permission expires on 11th April, 1995 and unless on or before this date application is made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the caravan shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 3. | A temporary unobstructed turning area shall be provided within the site for the duration of the period mentioned in condition 2 above. The reason for the condition is :- To enable vehicles to enter and leave the site in a forward gear in the interests of highway safety. |
