| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987,or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order,the premises shall only be used as a physical therapy clinic and shall not be used for any other purpose as may fall within Use Class D1 without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 3. | Informative Note. To facilitate easy access for persons with disabilities the Council's Access Officer recommends that the premises be provided with :- a) ramped approaches b) level standing at door c) flush thresholds d) wide (900mm.) easy to open door. |
