| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the revised drawing submitted with the applicant's letter dated 19th September, 1994, with the access gates hung to open inwards. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for vehicles to stand clear of the highway carriageway in the interests of highway safety whilst the gates are being opened or closed. |
