| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Within six months of the date of this permission the plastic sheet roof
light shall be replaced by a glazed timber roof light the details of which
shall be first submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning
Authority.
The reason for this condition is:
To ensure an acceptable roof light is eventually inserted. |
| 3. | Within three years of the date of this permission the felt roofing shown
as item two in the application shall be replaced with a lead roof in
accordance with details that shall have first been submitted to, and
approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:
To ensure an apppropriate roof is eventually provided in this area. |
| 4. | Prior to the occupation of the dwelling the security lighting and cameras
shall be removed unless a separate application is submitted and approved
by the Local Planning Authority for their retention.
The reason for the condition is:
In the interest of preserving the character and appearance of the listed
building. |
