| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with
the amended plan, Drawing No. 93/101/1C, submitted with the agents' letter
dated 9th November, 1994.

above shall be kept available for the parking of staff and patrons'
vehicles and clear of obstruction at all times.

| 5. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that, in the interests of people
with disabilities, the following be incorporated in the proposed
development :-
(i) ramped approaches from exterior and interior - 1:20 max,
(ii) level standings at doorways,
(iii) flush thresholds,
(iv) wide (900mm) easy to open doors - i.e. 1000mm door sets throughout,
(v) loop system for the hard of hearing in the letting room. |
